To Valve

We the understated feel that we are left with no rights when it comes to your software Valve. We feel that we are robbed on our rights, the rights to use your software even if we have lost our account name and email address. Cause without knowing which account name you used for Steam and having lost the email address which is of course clumsy to do but happens all the time you just can't play the games you offer us to play. We can't enjoy your software if this is the case, that we lost those few details. We feel cheated, a lot cheated because we still have the box and cd/dvd in playable shape and also it's game key that usually is all you need to play a game. But you wanted to go further and integrated game keys with accounts that we feel is wrongful to do. We don't warez your games and even if we would it just would not make things hard to play. For those that actually have it perfectly legal it's impossible to play once the account and email is lost and the game key is integrated. We want you to respect our needs and rights as we understand we haven't paid for the game but a license to play the game. We understand that, but we just cant understand that you don't care about your own customers that makes your coming future and fortune.

Therefore we the understated ask you kindly, abandon the integrated codes and we will all be happy to play your software in the future.
