Traffic reduction on the Hertford Bengeo Rat Run

"Has there ever been any analysis in terms of pollution and impact to the environment. Surely since Bengeo is a conservation area the council would be forced to pay the necessary costs in order to reduce any environmental impact to the area?"

"The Molewood Road/Beane Road junction is hazardous for pedestrians/cyclists, especially for children crossing: rat run traffic often cuts across during rush hours. Speeding on Beane Rd also a concern."
