We the people of the Ace Attorney fandom, in order to form a more perfect union between ourselves and Capcom Co., Ltd, establish justice for the fanbase as a whole, insure current and future localizations of Ace Attorney games, provide for fans both in the United States and Europe, promote the general welfare of fans worldwide, and secure the blessings of English language Ace Attorney games for ourselves and the gaming community at large, do ordain and establish this petition for Turnabout Localizations: A Campaign to Bring Ace Attorney Games to the West.
Wherefore, the fans do claim:
1. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice For All, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney, and Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth have each gained substantial sales and a large and devoted fan following;
2. Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Miles Edgeworth would receive similarly impressive sales if localized in North America and Europe;
3. Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney would receive similarly impressive sales if localized in North America and Europe;
4. Any and all future Ace Attorney games developed by Capcom Co., Ltd, including but not limited to Gyakuten Saiban/Ace Attorney 5, would receive similarly impressive sales if localized in North America and Europe.
In accordance with the above claims, the members of the Ace Attorney fandom wish to petition Capcom Co., Ltd to localize current titles in the Ace Attorney franchise (Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Miles Edgeworth and Professor Layton vs. Ace Attorney), as well as the future titles in the series. This petition exists, therefore, to show Capcom Co., Ltd that there is substantial fan demand in North America and Europe for these titles, both now and in the future.
By signing this petition, you give your support to this cause, hereby stating that you object to the lack of English language localizations, you wish to defend your right to play current and future Ace Attorney games in your home region, and you wish to overturn any and all verdicts which state that Ace Attorney games will not leave Japan.
We who sign this petition stand as a united front for the future of the Ace Attorney franchise.
