This is a request to the TWU from the subway and bus riders of the City of New York.
We are asking the TWU to accept the offer given to them by the MTA which from news reports is a 9\% raise over 3 years and a 1-2\% premium towards healthcare from new hires only and to raise the retirement age to 62 which is the current federal retirement age or go to arbitration.
We also want to inform the TWU with this petition that we are willing to sue the TWU and its members for any extra car fare we spend or lost wages due to any unlawful strike.
