Dear Secretary General,
The people of Venezuela request your intervention to stop the government-sponsored violence in our country.
Government armed groups called "Bolivarian Circles" lead by the same people (Nicolas Maduro) that are sitting in the negotiation table chaired by MR. Cesar Gaviria have vandalized the television facilities that are showing the world how this regime is operating against the people of Venezuela.
Please support Mr. Gaviria and the people of Venezuela with peacekeeping forces to stop the killing and vandalism sponsored by the Chavez government.
