Unbanning of character on cabal

I demand the immediate unbanning or name changing of my character to the satisfaction of OGplanet. Since my character was banned unreasonably and they are demanding i pay 740astros (around $40usd) to rename the character or delete the account. The characters name is Assjack, and their filters do not block out this word (ass) at all. So assumingly they do not consider this word to be offensive and thereby coinciding with their rules/policies. If they really wanted to disallow this name to be used they should block it from being created. I have also tried to contact the company previously and the refuse to give me a number in which to actually talk to a person. I have only corresponded with them via e-mail.
