We, the fans of Tori Amos or 'Ears with Feet,' hereby petition Epic Records to re-release the Tori Amos DVD/CD set "Welcome to Sunny Florida." The original release of this title featured a live performance by Tori Amos, during which she sang 'Professional Widow' from her album "Boys for Pele." The audio during this particular song was censored, however. The censoring included the dropping off of Tori's main vocals during certain lyrics of the song, those with explicit words or phrases. Strangely enough, explicit words and phrases other than those in 'Professional Widow' were left unchanged on the same disc. We request that the re-release of the DVD have the song's audio presented in full, with the inclusion of all lyrics as they were originally performed. As fans of Tori Amos, we respect her musical talent and artistic integrity. As paying customers, we ask that you--her record label--do the same.

I urge both Epic Records and Tori Amos to accept advisory labels as a more dignified choice than censure for mass distribution.
