Unjustly Incarcerated

9 years ago my 20 year old son (Paul Coleman aka PC) was convicted of assault w/intent and sentenced to 30 yrs without the possibility of parole. Before this my son had never been in any trouble and was a victim of circumstance. We have tried and tried to get him an appeal so that he can at least be considered for parole, but to no avail. There are inmates who have been convicted of murder that have received lesser sentences. In this situation the sentence is extreme and does not fit the crime.
