Cipsoft GmbH, owner of the MMORPG Tibia is not doing it's job.
It's been several months since the players of the online game Tibia are suffering with the kicks and lags in game.
Thousands of players pay an amount of money to play a game that is unplayable. Cipsoft informed that this issue is being caused by Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS) atacks and also that they are investigating ways to resolve this issue.
The thing is that several months have passed and the problem is still there. Hundreds of players die everyday because of it, not for a in game natural causes but because of lags and kicks. Since a several amount of players PAID to play the game they have the Right to be provided with a satisfying service. We also know about the service agreement in the moment of the account registration but beside that there are the CONSUMER RIGHTS vigorating all around the world that does not allow that. We are consumers and we want our right. We understand that the DDoS atacks are not Cipsoft fault but to be aware of the problem and still charge for the service without it being satisfatory is not right.

Its the truth... Cipsoft needs to change it, we cant play with kicks and lag, and who's loosing its not just we, its Cipsoft too, cuz many people its stoping to pay premium accounts.
