You have experienced repeated downtime on the game servers, login servers, web server, and high latency on a weekly basis. Not once has the European WoW servers explained what technical issues are occuring and an estimated time for repair. Sometimes the downtime can stretch into more than 5 hours, with no refund given on the time you haven't been able to play the game.
