Since March 2005, Fictionpress has not been upgraded in over a year. During this time, Fanfiction continued to prosper with various new tools that surpasses even the member accounts on Fictionpress, such as story alerts, C2s, advanced statistics (hit counts and alert counts), forums, and more. Has the Fictionpress staff forgotten about original fiction? Does not Fictionpress deserve the same attention as its sister site Fanfiction?
