USA for Clean Government

Dear United States Congress Members,
We would like you to clean up our government and make every citizen of the United States of American associate the words honor and integrity with our government. We simply propose three simple ideas to lead the United States in the right direction. First we would like all bills to be passed individually without riders to influence votes from individuals that would normally vote against it. Second we would like any person, who would potentially have access to top secret information, pass the same types of background checks that military personnel are required to pass in order to hold a top secret clearance. Third we want any person running for elected office have his or her entire life be available to the public. Since we the people are the employers of our government officials, we deserve to have access to any information that would allow us to decide the moral character of those who would represent us.
We the undersigned support cleaning up the character of our government.
