We the former, current, and future users of Xbox Live demand that you, Microsoft and Xbox Live team allow us to create user generated content (AKA "mods") for games, weather that be through the PC (preferably) or through an in-game editor. While you may have begun so we are looking for a way to distribute this content, once it is completed, whether that be through your own marketplace or one created for the game.
Some games which we the users would want to see this for are...
Halo 3, Gears of War, Half-Life 2, Unreal Tournament 3, Guitar Hero 3, Call of Duty 4, America's Army, etc.
