Valve/Steam needs to change!

To Steam,
You need to have a better, more efficient customer support service. Thanks to your horrible account services and customer services, my account was hacked and banned from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, ONE week after i bought it. I asked very politely for my account back, and you refused to listen, and said that my accounts security was MY problem... How is my accounts security, controlled by YOUR browser, MY problem? Thats like having your car stolen, going to the police, and them saying "your car was your responsibility, there is nothing we can do". I managed to request a password reset before the hacker changed my email, but guess what, it asked me to answer a security question that i NEVER set. Then, it took a week for you to reply to my urgent letters to you. So, thanks to your slow response times, and bad customer service, i lost a BRAND NEW game to a hacker.

Steam either needs to get their act together, or leave the PC gaming scene. Steam needs to either give SOLID proof that we are guilty of hacking, glitching, ect... or unban us. That, or they could give us a full refund. Steam is more trouble than it is worth, and to bring them to their knees, we need to shun them from the gaming society.
