VECTOR ROCKS!!!

I just want to start off by clearing the record that Vector marketing is not a MLM company. I am representative and I am writing this petition because the claims against this company, which I owe so much too, are not only false they are ridiculous. I have worked as a sales rep and still do to this date, but I am now also an assistant manager with the company. I am sad to say that I make more as a sales rep for the company than I do as a manager. Which I think that pretty much rules out the idea that Vector is a MLM company. Now dont get me wrong I am getting valuable experience while also still making great money as a full time college student. Also some people have a bad taste in their mouth from their dealings with the company, and there are always some problems with any company, but I can assure you that the company does not condone any unethical practices. In fact I know there are severe circumstances for managers who do operate in an unethical manner. Also I think in most cases where people are claiming they did not get paid for work they honestly completed is just a case of bad communication, and I am willing to bet that if you called the manager whos office you worked in and actually let them know that you were not paid they would do their very best to fix the problem. About the sample kit, lets clear that up too. Imagine yourself a business owner, now you work with thousands of college students across the country, how comfortable would you feel handing each and every one of those students $465 worth of your product and hope that some how it finds it way back to your office, and if it doesnt then you just bought that student their Christmas gift to their mom. Not, any person in their right mind would never even entertain the idea. So the company does ask for a deposit to ensure the kits some how finds their way back and guess what they usually do. Also anywhere you work you have to spend money to work there. Can you work at a restaurant wearing whatever you want?.... No you need black shoes and pants that way everyone looks alike, construction do you think they give you the hard hat for free? Again NO!!!! And the funny thing is you cant go back to Wal-Mart and return your used shoes for a refund let alone a 100\% refund. So I thought the idea of a refundable kit was a brilliant idea. I also read people boasting about being very successful with the company and saying they quit because the company is a supposed scam, or for a far better job or they just quit. HELLO!!!! Why do you think you were accepted for that great job, it was all the great experience you gained working with people one on one, both over the phone, and in person, its the time management skills, and goal setting skills and more that you gained here. Vector teaches you how to be successful and has a great program to HELP you do so. Now realize what I said help. Vector doesnt not ever promise that every single person will be millionaires like schemes you see all over the place. No all they do is tell you about this really cool and fun opportunity to make some great life long friends and income that provide you with the freedom to enjoy life as a college student. Also back to the ethics of the company. I must say it is very rare to find a company who at one of its business conferences has a speaker specifically talking about being ethical and doing the right thing when meeting with customers even if it the right thing is not convienent. Well I just attended such a conference at which there was such a speaker. Also any person who doubts the ethical practices of this company can always email me at [email protected] and I will email you a scanned copy of a testimonial from a true customer stating how she was amazed at the ethics of a representative she met with, who instead of selling her a new set which they would have made commission on helped her return her 15 year + old set back to the company to be re-sharpened and polished for free which the rep gains nothing from, or for other letters from customers who LOVE their CUTCO! Basically Vector is a great honest company and I would recommend it to anyone, although it isnt for everyone. There is nothing to lose in trying it out, what are they going to kidnap you and force you to work for them if you go in for an interview and decide for yourself? Rather than making your decision based on ideas that somebody else repeated from an hour long interview or facts that they heard from someone else who went in for an interview. Just ask yourself this, how dependable is the information that I am making my decision with? Keep in mind people hear 30\% of your words. So now the information you are accepting as fact is coming from someone who you dont know and when they were passing along this info to you they are probably only accurately recalling less than a forth of the information about the company.

I just dont understand how someone who has legitimately worked here could ever have anything bad to say about the company, its programs, or its products. Bottom line Vector is awesome, and that is why I felt obligated to make this petition and stand up for the best job that I have ever had. So if you rock like Vector and CUTCO sign this petition.
