VOTATI IMPOTRIVA PARLAMENTARILOR EXPIRATI !

Partidul Initiativa Nationala (PIN) deschide o lista de semnaturi cu privire la legile de modificare a Codului Penal si a Codului de Procedura Penala.
Semnati aceasta petitie pentru ca in momentul cand aceste legi vor ajunge la reexaminare in Parlament sa nu mai fie votate in forma actuala.
Trei motive pentru a semna aceasta petitie:
1. Suntem impotriva cresterii la 10 milioane de euro a valorii prejudiciului pentru ca o infractiune sa fie considerata deosebit de grava.
2. Este anormal ca ascultarea telefoanelor sa nu mai fie posibila decat la inceputul urmaririi penale, in acest fel fiind imposibil de instrumentat cazuri gen Chiuariu, Remes, Pacuraru.
3. Este inadmisibil ca jurnalistii care, raspunzand nevoii romanilor de a afla mai multe despre coruptie difuzeaza inregistrari sau materiale care vizeaza acest aspect, sa fie asimilati unor infractori care ar atenta la dreptul oricarei persoane la imagine.

PIN considera ca demersul Parlamentului este unul care satisface interesele politicienilor corupti, netinand cont de cele ale populatiei si te invita sa semnezi petitia.
