We Demand A Solution
We Demand A Solution represents the majority of citizens who are being held hostage by the efforts of the fringe elements on the far-right and far-left promoting a referendum of defeatism. We believe that the Hamilton County Comprehensive Safety Plan is a solution to escalating violent crime, recidivism, the revolving door on the county jail and the lack of services and efficiencies in the operation of our criminal justice system.
These issues all contribute to the exodus of people from the county, the lowering of property values, the rising incidence of juvenile crime, and the weakening of the economic opportunities the county otherwise possesses for its citizens.
We Demand A Solution and support the Board of Commissions, the Sheriff, the Prosecutor and the Greater Cincinnati business community in backing the Comprehensive Safety Plan sales tax to build and operate a better jail system, to run programs that encourage personal responsibility and accountability while providing opportunities and treatment to offenders needing a hand up, and out, of the вsystem.в
We Demand A Solution - Republicans, Democrats and Independents united - support our elected officials who dared to take a stand for our safety, to take a stand for our responsible governance and to take a stand for compassion and reasoned response to a social crisis in Hamilton County.
We Demand A Solution, and will stand with elected officials now, and if, this issue goes to a public vote!
