This comprehensive Health Care Reform bill as written on March 21, 2010 contains serious flaws on many levels.
It contains a Jobs Bill for the IRS, affords the IRS certain unclear & maybe unconstitutional powers.
It has allowed the governmental takeover of the The Student Loan Industry monies to be used as a piggy bank for Health Care Reform costs.
Those who do not provide insurance for self and family will be taxed and fined. They need to implement an option for opting out & that will supply a personal fiscal responsibility medical statement for opting out of paying for health care policies.
The years (till-2014) for (pre-existing) provision to become law is unreasonable; it allows years for the Insurance Companies to create their own loopholes and find back doors that create an even more economic disparity for The Middle Class. For example, Big Parma creating shell companies--to evade prosecution.
Only a 50\% discount off Seniors prescription plan is unacceptable.
The lack of enactments for Veterans (health) in the language shows a deficit of entitlements for the men and women who have and will continue to serve this country for our freedoms and the freedoms of others.
We DEMAND transparency and understanding of legislative language; show transparency that is easily understood by everyone.
When are you are going to strip Special Interest from being a deciding factor in creating law languagewhen that language support Big Insurance profit margins at the expense of the American Peoples pocketbooks.
When are you going to have Tort Reform?
When are you going to strip the Anti-Trust rules and procedures that currently benefits all the Insurance Companies? Or are we going to have a "Monsanto's" type of monopoly for all insurance companies--the politicians just gave the insurance companies 30 more million people to insure--we gave them a huge monetary gift.
When is the American people going to stop paying for all the mistakes they are not responsible for?
When is Congress and the Senators going to start working for the people of the United States of America?
