We, parents, need to save our kids of class 6BI in Wesgreen International School 2017-2018 from school's mismanagement of removing Mr Darren Baxter

We, the parents of class 6BI, year 2017-2018, of Wesgreen International School Sharjah, demand that our kids should not suffer due to mismanagement of Wesgreen school by removing their active class teacher Mr Darren Baxter, who has met expectations of majority of parents.
Management of the School has failed in communicating at any stage of the course duration about the challenges or way forward. It was Mr Baxter, the only teacher who was considerate enough to establish a WhatsApp group from the beginning of the year to meet parents expectations. He's adaptive to parents requests and listens to them patiently, and still maintains a tough teacher's outlook.
We want Wesgreen to identify root causes of disturbance for good teachers like Mr Baxter so that he may do his job in peace.
We condemn this mismanagement on part of school and would like to signify that quite a few of us would change the school for our kids or go to the Ministry of Education as this type of disruption is not happening to our kids for the first time.
