Where is our tax dollars going, is our Education really free?

Are we are buying Students Supplies or Teachers Supplies YOU DECIDE!!! This Petition is for all schools across the USA SO PLEASE SIGN I have reviewed a lot of School Supplies List in Alabama. And I feel that a lot of items they are asking Parents to buy is unnecessary. What Happened to A FREE EDUCATION????? A lot of Schools are asking us to buy Teacher Supplies. Dry Erasers, Address Labels, Sharpies Markers, Markers for the white board, Ziploc Bags, Workbooks, and more. Why are they are asking us to buy these things. Where are Our tax dollars going??? Why are they are asking for us to buy Workbooks for?? How Hard Is it for the TEACHER to get a workbook and make copies????? I know the schools have a copier machine, why aren't they using it??? Why do we parents half to provide so many crayons and markers? Shouldn't one pack be good enough?? What happened to the old school supply list? Like Crayons, Markers, Color Pencils, Construction Paper, Mats for the kids to sleep on, Glue, Scissors, Folders, Pencils, Paper Towels and soap and etc. And why are they putting paper towels and soap on the wish list and putting the teacher supplies on that mandatory list??? Plus they are asking for donations. Aren't we supplying them with enough??? I thought Education Was Free. Didn't you??? We Should Only buy what our child will be using, Not what the teachers will be using. We pay Taxes when we get our paychecks and whenever we buy anything at a store. . Where is that Money going? Apparently Not for education, and Not for Teachers Supplies NEW SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST THE WAY IT SHOULD BE School Supplies Should be adjusted to fit the grade level Kindergarden Mat 8 count of crayons to learn colors 24 count of crayons color pencils markers paper folders alphabet witting pad for kindergarden to learn how to write the alphabet scissors glue pencils markers book bag Construction Paper Tissue Paper Towels Soap THATS ALL IT SHOULD HAVE ON THERE WISH LIST THIS IS FOR THE UNNESSARY TEACHERS SUPPLIES CAN BE HERE BC ITS JUST A WISH LIST LOL ziploc bags what are they going to use them for??? Ziploc bags come usually in a pack of 50-100 Why do you need so many do you have a garden at home that you plan on using the ziploc bags for.? Disposable Cameras???? Why May I ask???? If I want pictures of my child I take them . self address labels??? What are you labeling or what are you mailing that you need so many???? sharpie markers??? I know that's for the teacher, because I better not see my kid coming home with permanent marker on their face. Shaving Cream??? My kids are too young to have facial or leg hair!!! Dry Erasers?? You take a pack of 3 times that by 25 students that 75 erasers THATS WAY TO MANY!!!! Work books??? Shouldn't the school provide the books? I thought my kids was going to school, not home school. School should buy the work books and make copies. Get off your butt, go to the copier machine and put the sheet in the copier and HIT COPY. Come on now is your finger broke??? IF ASK FOR A DONATION it should be $20 donation for kids in need to help buy supplies THAT IT IT SHOULD BE THAT WAY AND THAT WAY ONLY. SCHOOLS DID FINE ON THAT SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST WHEN I WENT.
