Where's The Funding?

We the Oregon State Students for Budget Accountability are a group of students seeking changes within the Oregon University System (OUS) to end furlough days for instructors and staff at Oregon State University. As students, we are concerned that the budget allocation is favoring the administration over instruction and unnecessary furloughs are reducing the quality of our university and of our education. OSU has the funds to eliminate furlough days! The students of OSU would like to urge the university to cut furlough days for all employees (classified and unclassified) with the expressed intent to reprioritize the budget with the university's mission and values in mind to educate students and to maintain the quality of our education and surroundings.
