We the undersigned are opposed to the construction of industrial wind-farms on Kythera by any legal entities whatsoever, whether public or private, before a thorough and independent environmental study of the impact upon the islands ecology, economy and future development has been produced and published, and before the population of the island have, in accordance with the European Unions clear directives, had the opportunity to comment and vote upon the issue.
