It has become apparent that many residents in the Woodland Heights development have been experiencing various issues with their leased Baxi/Quietside boiler units. Whether it be a lack of hot water in the home, a code 10E constantly causing the boiler to shutdown, or a high pitched noise being emitted from the boiler, these issues appear to be ongoing. In some cases, these problems have persisted for months, with little or no resolution despite numerous attempts at contacting MoreEnergy, Mattamy Homes and/or GTA Service Solutions.
Responsibility for these leased units is not being taken by any of the above-mentioned companies, and we the homeowners are left holding the bag. This is an unacceptable way of conducting business and requires immediate attention.
The goal of this petition is to arrive at a resolution that is fair for all parties involved.
