World of Warcraft 3.2.0 crashes

First of all hello to all!
And sorry if my English is not good for you but I think you can understand me and my mind.

This sign is reaction on last Blizzard Ent. patches and in-/out-game work. The problem is near us. We cannt normal play WoW since patch 3.2.0. Its so many crashes and disconnects. Technical Support cannt answer on any question about 3.2.0 patch and cannt do any help. Does Blizzard Ent. need us? That question I ask myself about two weeks. For what we pay? Does we pay for normal and interest game? Or we pay for many lags and silent specialists?

Now about problem. It starts afrer patch 3.2.0. I cannt view Druids in Cat form and have many disconnects on BattleGrounds. Disconnects are random. But (as for me) only on BG. Many people say that they have this or like this problems in end-game raids. My current main character under 80 level and I cannt say that its truthly for me. But others.

To Blizzard Ent.: Please solve your problems with your servers, patches and of course with your support. We need this game and want to play! Give us playable game!

To WoW players: People! Dont pay for accounts. Dont play WoW before thay solve this(and other) problems! They have our e-mails and can inform us if we can stability playing.
