One is that Blizzard has been going down off and on steadily over the past week, and they refuse to tell anyone the situation and what they plan on doing about it in depth, and they will not answer the customers' questions on their forum. I've even been hearing reports that Blizzard is deleting some of their customers' complaints.
This is wrong, and people do not pay Blizzard $14.99 a month to sit at a screen telling them they can't play the game. Expected is some sort of compensation, whether it be free game time or some other means of repayment.
And forget the EULA we all "sign" for, tons of illegal websites use these, and they are still brought to justice!
This may not be illegal, but it is definitely not right! Blizzard customers at least expect SOME kind of acknowledgement regarding our questions!
Fellow World of Warcraft players, we must take action, and get back what is ours and what we are paying for!
