Wrongful Incarceration-Release Tim from Jail

Dear Minister of Justice;

My boyfriend, Timothy Rabideau, has been wrongfully incarcerated for domestic assault and assault causing bodily harm.

He did not do it, the crown prosecutor has knowledge that he did not do it, however she still wishes to proceed.

He is in the Chatham-Kent Jail and unable to get a surety for bail.

He does have a record, however it is over two years old and he has served his time, yet the crown is still determined to make him pay for his past mistakes.

I personally witnessed the crown laughing and joking about her ambition.

I am appealing to whoever can help with this situation please do so.

The crown attorney of Chatham-Kent is wasting valuable tax dollars in the form of what she is paid for the case, the victim services department, tax dollars for legal aid and for a trial, as well as many tax dollars for every day he spends wrongfully incarcerated.

We ask that something be done about this situation and that my boyfriend get the justice he deserves.
