Xbox Live official in Portugal

Greetings, and sorry my bad english, I'm portuguese, but I'm sure you can understand it.

I am an Xbox gamer, and I've been planning this petition a long time ago, and my friends told me to do it.

What I'm asking in this petition, is that we'd like to have the Xbox Live official in our country. This is a favour that we'd like to Microsoft Game Studious (I suppose) to do for us.
