To the city of Yankton:
With the signatures listed below, please see that the need for a location for bicycle recreation has become apparent. Not much of anything is needed for this to happen, other than approval. The only thing required is a legitimate location in a natural environment that will allow riding enthusiasts to enjoy their sport, a place to learn and grow. This is long overdue and we all feel the time has come. There are currently NO venues for legal bicycle recreation, and riders are not allowed in/on skateboarding facilities. You must be able to imagine the frustration this ensues.
Hence, we request that a location be provided for a dirtjump park in Yankton, South Dakota.

much needed to the youth they need more options for activitys so that they dont just have drugs and alcohol for alternatives to regular sports!!!!!!
