El Artículo 17 de la Ley 13/2002 del Principado de Asturias, en materia de Protección Animal, dice:
“Los ayuntamientos dispondrán de un centro de depósito de animales para recoger y mantener los perros y gatos que se encuentren errantes o abandonados hasta el término de los plazos y formas fijados en esta Ley.”
Los firmantes INSTAMOS al Ayuntamiento de ALLER a cumplir con la Ley vigente y RECLAMAMOS que construya dicho depósito, o bien que suscriba un convenio con un Ayuntamiento limítrofe que ya lo tenga construido y en funcionamiento.
