There have been held two (2) conference calls with Judge O’Neill to discuss the transfer of the files from David Nahwegahbow’ s office to be delivered to Deloitte, the Auditor hired by the Reconciliation Committee. Unfortunately, the transfer of files could not be accomplished due to technicalities and the subsequent participation of the new Section 74 Band Council.
