As IBM ended 2007 with a record cash balance of $16 billion and Billions more in profit over several years due to the hard work, dedication and sacrifice of its employees, we the undersigned as employees, family members, retirees and supporters:

Hereby join together to register our strong disapproval of pay cuts levied against IT specialists, technical support and other categories of employees announced by IBM on January 21st, 2008.

We say to IBM management: NO PAY CUTS!
We say to IBM Management: The salary of ALL employees affected by the announced pay cut of January 21st, 2008 must be immediately restored to the salary they had immediately prior to the pay cut announcement.
