"Perhaps DPS should look at PRIVATE schools. Many private schools LET STUDENTS OUT mid day on Fridays. Certainly this SHOULD give DPS Teachers enough TIME to plan and NOT disrupt the children. DPS's spotty half days are interruptive and worthless. Stop foc"
