"I have been a nurse for only a few years but I have been mandated to many times to count. It is nothing for us to work 16 hour shifts. It has been known for some of the nurses to clock out after 16 hours sleep for 4 and clock back in for 8 more. They say "
"Overtime should never be mandatory even if not fatigued. Nurses have personal obligations that take priority. If a good quality of life can not be assured, then who will enter nursing in the future? City, County, Zip Williamstown, NJ 08094"
