"The far side of the new park I could see. Not right in Cooligde Park where views are primary and parking is extremely difficult."

"I only visit the park a few times each year, but with a hotel located there, the reason to go will be diminished. I love the views and the bridge, those will both be destroyed by the placement of an eyesore."
