The Amazon.co.uk to stop using HDNL for deliveries

"VEry unreliable service, twice I have ordered items and both times have had to wait WEEKS from the promised delivery date. And i'm not in a remote area or somewhere "Out of reach""

"I rarely complain about even the most shoddy of services but HDNL have been disgraceful. Frequently they fail to deliver at all and items have at times been left in a recycling box with a scrawled note pushed through the door. Unbelievably poor."
